KEGIATAN MAKESTA IPNU IPPNU MA NU MRANGGEN 2024-2025

Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) dan Ikatan Pelajar Putri(IPPNU) menyelenggarankan kegiatan MAKESTA (Masa Kesetian Anggota) sebagai wadah pembinaan dan pengembangan anggota. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memperkuat kesetiaan,Meningkatkan kualitas,dan memperdalam pemahaman nilai-nilai organisasi.
MAKESTA merupakan gerbang awal para Pelajar Nahdlotul Ulama untuk masuk menjadi anggota Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama(IPNU) dan Ikatan Pelajar Putri Nahdlatul Ulama(IPPNU),Pengkaderan tahapan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Senin-Selasa,tanggal 16-17 Desember 2024.
Ada beberapa macam-macam kegiatan/materi yaitu:Pembuatan Proposal,Manajemen Konflik,Surat-Menyurat,Pembuatan LPJ,Retorika Komunikasi,Manajemen Organisasi,Min Inventarisasi,dan gaya kepimpinan masa kini.
Kegiatan MAKESTA ini bertempat dilingkungan MA NU MRANGGEN diikuti oleh 34 Peserta.
Kegiatan MAKESTA ini sesuatu yang wajib diikuti oleh seluruh pengurus IPNU IPPNU MA NU MRANGGEN,Sehingga dapat menjadi penerus sepuh NU kedepannya.
Didalam kegiatan MAKESTA ini terdapat berapa hal yang unik dan menarik sebagai contohnya adanya:teka-teki dari kakak panitia dan Ice Breaking, untuk menambah kesan menarik dikegiatan MAKESTA ini menjelang akhir kegiatan ada Pengukuhan untuk calon pengurus IPNU IPPNU MA NU MRANGGEN.
Selanjutnya dari kegiatan MAKESTA ini diharapkan mereka dapat menjadi kader yang berkualitas serta tanggung jawab dan menjadi generasi Pengurus dalam organisasi IPNU IPPNU.
